The location, view, and landscape were excellent. Cozy cottages, supportive and helpful restaurant staff, especially Arun. Good breakfast.

the location was fine. Situated in between mountains, we were treated to amazing views of the valley below. It was a peaceful and quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the hotel facilities were great. The cottages we stayed in were cozy and comfortable, providing a homely atmosphere. The staff, especially Arun from the restaurant, were supportive and helpful, making our stay even better. And lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, ensuring a hygienic environment.

Food, cleanliness of dining facility, mold in rooms. The dining utensils looked and smelled as though they had been washed in the river.

Bed sheets, towels were very dirty. Service from reception and room boy was quite rude. Although room was mentioned as ac as well as flat screen tv, nothing was provided with. Our Room No. Was 722. Also for the rent of Rs 1500.00 for 2 persons, the extra person charges of Rs 650-00 is unusual.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a very quiet residential area. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were quite reasonable for the services and amenities provided. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the extra bed in the room, which was a great convenience. Ayur County is located in a very quiet residential area, nestled between stunning mountains. the rooms are clean and spacious, with a huge shower in the bathroom. the staff is very polite and respectful. the breakfast offers a wide range of choices and is excellent. the swimming pool area offers breathtaking views. the hotel also provides a houseboat experience.

The distance from the town can be inconvenient for some guests.

Spent my Easter vacation at a hotel in beautiful Chinnakanal and I must say it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a great location close to top tourist sites and attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. The hotel had an amazing pool that was well-maintained and very refreshing. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There were some negative aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The first was that the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
